Role & Responsibilities
- Embody the Marc Jacobs brand image and values, instilling pride and passion for the brand among customers and store colleagues
- Lead by example through impeccable personal presentation and adherence to brand dress codes and appearance guidelines
- Implement visual merchandising guidelines to reflect the brand image throughout the store environment
- Welcome and engage all clients, educating them about the brand heritage and product range to ensure a comfortable and welcoming experience
- Build and cultivate lasting client relationships, maintaining a personal client book and gathering CRM details for targeted outreach
- Identify client needs and introduce complementary products across the range, leveraging product knowledge to drive sales and achieve targets
- Process transactions professionally and confidently, ensuring adherence to all company policies and procedures
- Maintain comprehensive product knowledge through continuous research and staying informed of contemporary fashion trends
- Support stock control and inventory management activities
