Marc Jacobs seeks a Sales Ambassador in Paris (Printemps) to deliver luxury client experiences and drive RTW and leather-goods sales.
Role & Responsibilities
- Act as a visible brand ambassador: embody Marc Jacobs’ image, values and dress-code standards while inspiring passion for the brand among clients and colleagues.
- Deliver an exceptional client journey in-store by welcoming customers, educating them about the brand and building long-term relationships to expand the client book.
- Drive sales and achieve commercial targets through active selling, suggestive selling of complementary items and confident, professional transaction processing.
- Collect and update CRM client data to support clienteling and follow-up activities.
- Maintain up-to-date product knowledge across RTW and leather-goods lines and monitor fashion trends to advise clients accurately.
- Apply and support store visual merchandising guidelines to reinforce brand image and assist with stock control and inventory management.
- Uphold all company policies and procedures and contribute to a high-standard, customer-focused store environment.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in luxury or high-fashion retail selling; 3 years preferred.
- Proven experience selling ready-to-wear and leather goods (RTW / LG).
- Track record of meeting or exceeding retail sales targets and familiarity with Retail KPIs.
- Excellent personal presentation and ability to represent the Marc Jacobs brand image.
- Fluent English; additional languages are an advantage.
- Strong clienteling skills and a demonstrable focus on customer experience.
Skills
Experience
At least 2 years' experience in luxury retail sales with direct responsibility for selling ready-to-wear and leather goods; 3 years preferred. Demonstrated clienteling and target-achievement record in a high-fashion environment.
Education
Secondary education (Baccalauréat or equivalent) required; higher education in fashion, luxury retail, business or related fields is advantageous.
