Marc Jacobs seeks a Sales Ambassador in Paris (Printemps) to deliver luxury client experiences and drive RTW and leather goods sales.
Role & Responsibilities
- Act as a visible brand ambassador in-store, modelling the brand’s image, dress code and customer-facing behaviours.
- Deliver an exceptional client journey from greeting through to sale and aftercare, building and maintaining long-term client relationships.
- Drive sales performance and achieve individual and store targets through active clienteling, product recommendations and upselling complementary items.
- Capture and maintain accurate CRM data to expand the client book and support personalised follow-up communications.
- Apply visual merchandising guidelines to maintain an inspiring store environment that reflects the brand DNA.
- Maintain up-to-date product knowledge across ready-to-wear and leather goods and monitor fashion trends to inform client conversations.
- Process transactions professionally and ensure compliance with company policies, stock control procedures and retail KPIs.
Qualifications
- Minimum three years’ experience in luxury or high-fashion retail sales, with demonstrable results against targets.
- Proven experience selling ready-to-wear and leather goods (RTW/LG).
- Fluent spoken English; additional languages are an advantage.
- Impeccable personal presentation and professional demeanour consistent with the Marc Jacobs brand.
- Solid understanding of retail KPIs and customer relationship management principles.

Experience
Minimum three years of sales experience in a luxury, high-fashion environment with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and experience selling ready-to-wear and leather goods.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; a tertiary qualification in fashion, retail or business is advantageous.

The successful candidate will be located in Paris, Île-de-France, France.
