Marc Jacobs Paris seeks a Part-Time Sales Ambassador at Le Bon Marché—client-focused luxury retail role (part-time).
Role & Responsibilities
- Serve as a visible Brand Ambassador, embodying Marc Jacobs’ image, DNA and presentation standards; adhere to dress code and appearance guidelines.
- Deliver an exceptional client journey in-store: welcome clients, educate them on the brand, cultivate long-term relationships and grow a personal client book.
- Achieve and exceed individual sales targets through active selling, suggestive selling of complementary products and thorough product knowledge.
- Capture and update client data in the CRM to support retention and targeted outreach.
- Maintain and execute visual merchandising guidelines on the shop floor to reflect the brand image and commercial priorities.
- Process transactions confidently and professionally while complying with company policies and point-of-sale procedures.
- Support stock control and inventory management activities to preserve product availability and loss prevention.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in luxury or high-fashion retail sales; 3 years preferred.
- Proven experience selling ready-to-wear and leather goods (RTW/LG).
- Fluent English; additional languages are advantageous.
- Excellent personal presentation and a clear ability to represent the Marc Jacobs brand.
- Strong commercial orientation with a demonstrated commitment to meeting and exceeding sales KPIs.
Skills
Experience
Minimum 2 years' experience in luxury retail sales, preferably with ready-to-wear and leather goods; demonstrated track record of meeting sales targets and using CRM systems.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or certificate in retail, fashion or customer service preferred.
Workplace
The successful candidate will be located in Paris, Île-de-France, France.
