Role & Responsibilities
- Act as a brand ambassador at the Printemps boutique, embodying Marc Jacobs’ image and DNA through appearance, behaviour and customer interactions.
- Deliver an exceptional client journey: welcome customers, educate them on the brand, build lasting relationships and expand the client book by capturing CRM details.
- Drive sales by presenting complementary product suggestions, demonstrating deep product knowledge of ready-to-wear and leather goods, and meeting or exceeding individual targets.
- Uphold visual merchandising standards and contribute to window and in-store presentation to reflect the brand’s image.
- Process transactions professionally, support stock control and adhere to company policies and retail procedures.
- Stay current with fashion trends and product launches to enhance sales conversations and client retention.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in luxury or high-fashion retail sales (client-facing roles).
- Proven experience selling ready-to-wear and leather goods (RTW/LG).
- Fluent spoken English; additional languages are an advantage.
- Demonstrable clienteling skills and CRM data capture experience.
- Strong commercial orientation with the ability to meet retail KPIs and sales targets.
- Excellent personal presentation and professionalism consistent with brand standards.

Experience
Minimum three years of proven sales experience in a luxury or premium fashion environment, with hands-on experience selling ready-to-wear and leather goods and a track record of achieving sales targets through client development.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or diploma in fashion, retail or a related discipline is advantageous.
