Role & Responsibilities

  • Serve as a brand ambassador, embodying Marc Jacobs brand image and values while maintaining adherence to dress codes and appearance guidelines
  • Welcome and educate all clients on brand heritage and product offerings, creating a comfortable and engaging store environment
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships through consistent follow-up and personalized service
  • Develop product knowledge across all collections and fashion trends to advise clients and cross-sell complementary items
  • Process sales transactions with confidence and professionalism while maintaining high service standards
