Marc Jacobs Sales Ambassador (Part-Time) in Madrid, Las Rozas Village—luxury retail role with 20 hours weekly.
Role & Responsibilities
- Embody the brand image and values for customers and the store team, demonstrating strong understanding of Marc Jacobs brand DNA
- Lead by example with role model behavior consistently representative of brand standards, including adherence to dress codes and appearance guidelines
- Reflect visual merchandising guidelines to promote the brand image throughout the store
- Enhance customer service standards to ensure an optimal client journey
- Welcome all clients warmly, ensure their comfort, educate them about the brand, and build lasting relationships
- Introduce complementary products targeted to individual clients and share product knowledge to drive sales and achieve targets
- Process transactions with confidence and professionalism
- Gather CRM details from clients to expand your client book and support customer relationship management
- Maintain comprehensive product knowledge by staying current with fashion trends and conducting regular product research across all collections
- Support inventory management and stock control processes
- Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures
- Drive brand passion and pride among both customers and the store team
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales within a luxury or high-fashion retail environment
- Proven experience selling ready-to-wear and leather goods
- Fluent English language proficiency (essential)
- Understanding of retail KPIs and performance metrics
- Excellent personal presentation and brand alignment
- Passion for fashion and demonstrated sales excellence
