Role & Responsibilities
- Act as a brand ambassador, instilling passion and pride for Marc Jacobs.
- Embody and promote the brand image to customers and the store team, adhering to dress codes and appearance guidelines.
- Reflect visual merchandising guidelines to enhance the brand image.
- Ensure high standards of customer service to provide an exceptional client journey.
- Welcome clients, educate them about the brand, and build lasting relationships.
- Introduce complementary products and share product knowledge to drive sales and achieve targets.
- Process sales confidently and professionally.
- Collect client CRM details to expand the client book.
- Stay informed on fashion trends and product lines through research.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures.
- Support stock control and management.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in sales within a luxury, high fashion environment.
- Experience in selling ready-to-wear and leather goods.
- Fluent in English; additional languages are advantageous.
