Role & Responsibilities

  • Embody and communicate the Marc Jacobs brand image and values to customers and store team members
  • Welcome and educate all clients about the brand, building and maintaining long-term client relationships
  • Introduce complementary products and share comprehensive product knowledge to drive sales and exceed targets
  • Maintain visual merchandising standards and store presentation in accordance with brand guidelines
  • Process sales transactions professionally and gather client CRM details to develop a personalized client book
  • Support stock control and management, staying informed on inventory across all product lines
  • Remain current with fashion trends, product collections, and retail KPIs to drive business performance

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of sales experience in a luxury or high fashion retail environment

  • Strong understanding of retail KPIs and sales performance metrics
  • Excellent personal presentation and commitment to brand standards
  • Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets whilst maintaining client focus
