Marc Jacobs seeks a part-time Sales Ambassador in London to drive brand advocacy and client relationships in luxury retail.
Role & Responsibilities
- Embody the Marc Jacobs brand image and communicate brand DNA and heritage to clients and team members
- Lead by example through impeccable personal presentation and adherence to brand dress codes and appearance guidelines
- Welcome and educate clients to ensure comfort and understanding of the brand and product offerings
- Build and maintain lasting client relationships to drive repeat business and expand personal client book
- Introduce complementary products and apply product knowledge to achieve sales targets and drive average transaction value
- Process transactions with confidence, professionalism, and accuracy
- Capture client CRM details to support personalized clienteling and relationship management
- Maintain knowledge of current fashion trends and all product lines through continuous research and internal training
- Maintain visual merchandising standards in alignment with brand guidelines
- Support stock control, inventory management, and company policies and procedures
- Enhance customer service standards to ensure optimal client experience throughout the store
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of sales experience in a luxury or high fashion retail environment
- Proven experience selling ready-to-wear (RTW) and leather goods
- Fluent English language proficiency; additional languages preferred
- Understanding of retail key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Excellent personal presentation and brand alignment capabilities
- Strong commitment to target achievement while prioritizing client needs and experience

Minimum 3 years of progressive sales experience in a luxury or high fashion retail environment, with demonstrated success in selling ready-to-wear and leather goods collections.
Education
Completion of secondary education or equivalent; additional formal qualifications in retail, fashion, or business are advantageous but not essential.
