Role & Responsibilities

  • Embody and communicate the Marc Jacobs brand image and DNA to customers and store team members
  • Lead by example and demonstrate role model behaviour consistent with brand values and dress code guidelines
  • Reflect visual merchandising guidelines throughout the store to promote brand image
  • Welcome all clients and create a comfortable shopping environment whilst educating them about the brand
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships and expand personal client book through CRM data capture
  • Introduce complementary products and share comprehensive product knowledge to drive sales and achieve targets
  • Process transactions in a confident and professional manner
  • Support stock control and management activities
  • Stay current with fashion trends and research all product lines to maintain expert knowledge
  • Ensure adherence to all company policies and procedures

Qualifications

  • Minimum three years' sales experience in a luxury or high fashion retail environment
  • Demonstrated experience selling ready-to-wear and leather goods

Experience
