Marc Jacobs in London seeks a Part-time Sales Ambassador (22.5 hrs/week) to deliver exceptional client service and drive sales at its Regent Street store.
Role & Responsibilities
- Act as an authentic brand ambassador: embody Marc Jacobs’ image, values and dress code at all times.
- Deliver an exceptional client journey by welcoming customers, assessing needs and building long-term relationships to expand the client book.
- Drive sales through informed product recommendations, complementary selling and conversion of store traffic into transactions.
- Accurately process sales transactions using the store POS and ensure compliance with company policies and cash-handling procedures.
- Capture and update CRM data for clients to support future outreach and personalised service.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure displays reflect brand guidelines and current collections.
- Support stock management activities, including receiving, replenishment and loss-prevention measures.
- Keep product knowledge current through independent research and trend awareness to advise clients confidently.
Qualifications
- Minimum three years’ retail sales experience, ideally within luxury or high-fashion environments.
- Proven experience selling ready-to-wear and leather goods (RTW/LG).
- Fluent English is essential; additional languages are an advantage.
- Strong personal presentation and the ability to represent the brand consistently.
- Demonstrable commitment to achieving and exceeding sales targets and KPIs.

Minimum three years of sales experience, preferably within luxury or high-fashion retail, with demonstrable success selling RTW and leather goods.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or certificated courses in retail, fashion or clienteling are desirable.
