Marc Jacobs is hiring a Sales Ambassador in London to deliver exceptional client service and drive sales in luxury ready-to-wear and leather goods.
Role & Responsibilities
- Act as a visible brand ambassador: embody Marc Jacobs’ image, adhere to appearance guidelines and inspire passion for the brand among clients and colleagues.
- Deliver an elevated client journey by proactively welcoming customers, cultivating long-term relationships and expanding the client book through accurate CRM capture.
- Drive sales performance by demonstrating product knowledge across RTW and leather goods, recommending complementary items and achieving individual and store KPIs.
- Execute visual merchandising and store presentation standards to reflect brand guidelines and support store image.
- Process transactions professionally using POS systems and ensure compliance with company policies and loss-prevention procedures.
- Support stock control activities, participate in inventory processes and assist in replenishment to maintain product availability.
Qualifications
- Minimum three years’ sales experience in a luxury or high-fashion retail environment.
- Proven experience selling ready-to-wear and leather goods.
- Track record of achieving sales targets and familiarity with retail KPIs.
- Excellent personal presentation and the ability to represent the Marc Jacobs brand consistently.
- Fluent spoken and written English; additional languages advantageous.
- Strong clienteling skills and experience using CRM and POS systems.

Minimum three years of luxury retail sales experience, with demonstrated success in client development, RTW/leather goods selling and meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or formal retail/fashion education preferred.
