Role & Responsibilities
- Act as a visible brand ambassador on Regent Street by embodying the Marc Jacobs image, adhering to appearance and dress-code standards, and inspiring passion for the brand among customers and colleagues.
- Deliver an elevated client journey: welcome customers, educate them about the brand and product DNA, build relationships and maintain an active client book through proactive clienteling.
- Drive sales performance by recommending complementary products, demonstrating product knowledge across RTW and leather goods, processing transactions professionally and meeting individual sales targets.
- Capture and update CRM data to grow and qualify the client database and support personalised follow-up and retention activity.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards on the sales floor, ensuring merchandise presentation aligns with brand VM guidelines and enhances the customer experience.
- Support stock control and inventory management activities, including receiving, replenishment and loss-prevention procedures.
- Monitor retail KPIs and follow company policies and procedures to contribute to store profitability and operational excellence.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2–3 years' experience in luxury or high-fashion retail sales, ideally with exposure to ready-to-wear and leather goods.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and developing client relationships.
- Fluent in English; additional languages are advantageous.
- Excellent personal presentation and the ability to represent the Marc Jacobs brand with professionalism.
- Strong understanding of retail KPIs and basic stock/inventory procedures.

Experience
Minimum 3 years' experience in luxury or high-fashion retail sales, with demonstrable success in client development and sales performance; experience selling ready-to-wear and leather goods preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; retail, fashion or luxury-focused vocational training is advantageous.
