Role & Responsibilities
- Embody and communicate the Marc Jacobs brand identity, instilling passion and pride in colleagues and customers alike
- Cultivate lasting client relationships by welcoming customers, educating them about brand heritage and collections, and maintaining comprehensive CRM records
- Drive sales performance by introducing complementary products, sharing in-depth product knowledge, and processing transactions with confidence and professionalism
- Uphold visual merchandising standards to reflect brand guidelines and enhance the overall in-store aesthetic

- Support inventory management and stock control operations
