Marc Jacobs is hiring a Part‑Time Sales Ambassador in Barcelona (ECI Catalunya) to deliver exceptional client experiences and drive sales.
Role & Responsibilities
- Act as a visible brand ambassador who embodies Marc Jacobs’ image, adhering to appearance and dress‑code guidelines.
- Deliver an elevated client journey through proactive welcome, client education and personalised service to build loyalty and drive repeat business.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets by recommending complementary products, upselling and closing sales confidently and professionally.
- Capture and maintain client data in the CRM to expand the client book and support clienteling activities.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards in‑store to reflect brand guidelines and enhance the retail environment.
- Support stock management, inventory control and adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Keep product knowledge current across ready‑to‑wear and leather goods lines and monitor fashion trends to inform client advice.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years’ sales experience in luxury or high‑fashion retail, including experience with ready‑to‑wear and leather goods.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding retail KPIs and sales targets.
- Fluent spoken and written English; additional languages advantageous.
- Excellent personal presentation and strong alignment with brand aesthetics.
- Customer‑centric mindset with demonstrable client relationship management skills.

Experience
Minimum 3 years’ experience in sales within luxury or high‑fashion retail, with hands‑on experience selling ready‑to‑wear and leather goods and a proven ability to develop client relationships and meet sales targets.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or certification in retail, fashion or customer service preferred.

The successful candidate will be located in Barcelona, Catalonia, Spain.
