Marc Jacobs seeks a Sales Ambassador (part-time) in La Roca, Barcelona. Deliver exceptional client service and drive sales for the Marc Jacobs store.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Act as a brand ambassador: embody Marc Jacobs’ image and DNA, adhere to appearance guidelines and inspire passion for the brand among customers and colleagues.
  • Deliver an exceptional client journey by welcoming clients, educating them on product and brand heritage, and building long-term client relationships.
  • Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets through consultative selling, product recommendations and cross-selling complementary items.
  • Capture and maintain accurate client data in the CRM to grow the client book and support personalized clienteling activities.
  • Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure the store reflects brand VM guidelines to promote the brand image.
  • Support stock control and store operational procedures, ensuring compliance with company policies and loss-prevention measures.
  • Keep product knowledge and fashion trend awareness up to date through continuous research and internal training.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in luxury or high-fashion retail (selling ready-to-wear and leather goods preferred).
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets while delivering an elevated client experience.
  • Excellent personal presentation and strong alignment with the Marc Jacobs brand image.
  • Fluent spoken English; additional languages are an advantage.
  • Solid understanding of retail KPIs and basic stock-control procedures.

Experience
