Role & Responsibilities
- Act as a visible Brand Ambassador, embodying Marc Jacobs’ image and values in appearance, behaviour and client interactions.
- Deliver an exceptional customer journey by welcoming clients, educating them about the brand and building long-term client relationships.
- Drive sales performance by recommending complementary products, sharing in-depth product knowledge (RTW and leather goods) and meeting individual targets.
- Capture and maintain accurate client CRM data to grow a personal client book and support targeted follow-up.
- Process sales transactions confidently and in full compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Uphold the store visual merchandising guidelines to reflect the brand image and optimise product presentation.
- Monitor and support stock control and inventory procedures to preserve product availability and store standards.
- Maintain up-to-date awareness of fashion trends and product ranges to inform client conversations and sales strategy.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in luxury or high-fashion retail sales (RTW and leather goods experience required).
- Fluent spoken Spanish; additional languages are an advantage.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets with a strong client-focus.
- Impeccable personal presentation and the ability to represent the Marc Jacobs brand image.
- Solid understanding of retail KPIs, CRM utilisation and basic stock control processes.
Skills
Experience
Minimum 3 years of luxury/high-fashion retail sales experience, including direct selling of ready-to-wear and leather goods and demonstrable client acquisition/retention results.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; further education in fashion, retail or a related discipline is desirable.
