Marc Jacobs is hiring a Part-time Sales Ambassador in Barcelona to drive RTW and leather-goods sales and deliver exceptional client service.
Role & Responsibilities
- Act as a visible brand ambassador who embodies Marc Jacobs’ image, values and dress code, inspiring passion for the brand among customers and colleagues.
- Deliver an exceptional client journey: welcome clients, assess their needs, educate them about the brand and build long-term relationships to grow a personal client book.
- Achieve and exceed individual sales targets through consultative selling, cross-selling complementary products and confidently processing transactions.
- Maintain and apply visual merchandising guidelines to uphold store presentation and enhance the luxury environment.
- Capture accurate CRM data for all client interactions and use clienteling techniques to drive repeat business.
- Keep product knowledge current across ready-to-wear and leather goods; monitor market and fashion trends to inform sales conversations.
- Support stock control, inventory procedures and compliance with company policies and loss-prevention standards.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of proven sales experience in luxury or high-fashion retail.
- Experience selling ready-to-wear and leather goods (RTW / LG).
- Fluent Spanish (spoken and written) is essential; additional languages are advantageous.
- Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and understanding retail KPIs.
- Impeccable personal presentation and professional conduct aligned with brand standards.
- Strong clienteling and CRM discipline with attention to detail in data capture.
Skills
Experience
At least 3 years of sales experience within luxury or high-fashion retail, including direct experience with ready-to-wear and leather-goods assortments and a proven ability to develop and retain high-value clientele.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in fashion retail or selling techniques preferred.

The successful candidate will be located in Barcelona, Catalonia, Spain.
