Marc Jacobs seeks a Part‑Time Sales Ambassador in Roermond, Netherlands — deliver luxury client experiences and drive sales in the Marc Jacobs Roermond store.
Role & Responsibilities
- Act as a visible Brand Ambassador, embodying Marc Jacobs’ image and DNA through appearance, behaviour and customer interactions.
- Deliver an exceptional client journey: welcome customers, identify needs, educate on product stories and convert interest into sales.
- Build and maintain a personal client book by collecting CRM details and developing long-term client relationships.
- Drive sales through effective clienteling, cross-selling complementary products and achieving individual and store KPIs.
- Apply visual merchandising guidelines to uphold store presentation and merchandise storytelling.
- Process transactions accurately and professionally while ensuring compliance with company policies and loss-prevention procedures.
- Support inventory management and stock control activities to preserve product availability and store performance.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years’ sales experience in luxury or high-fashion retail.
- Proven experience selling ready-to-wear (RTW) and leather goods (LG).
- Demonstrable track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and working to retail KPIs.
- Excellent personal presentation and ability to represent the Marc Jacobs brand aesthetic.
- Fluent spoken English; additional languages are an advantage.

Experience
Minimum three years of direct sales experience within luxury or high-fashion retail, with demonstrated success in client acquisition, retention and selling ready-to-wear and leather accessories.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in retail, fashion or a related discipline preferred.
