Role & Responsibilities
- Embody and communicate the Marc Jacobs brand identity and DNA to customers and the store team, demonstrating passion and pride for the brand
- Lead by example with impeccable personal presentation and adherence to brand dress codes and appearance guidelines
- Implement visual merchandising guidelines to enhance the brand image and store environment
- Deliver exceptional customer service, welcoming all clients and educating them about the product collection and brand heritage
- Build and maintain lasting client relationships, capturing CRM details to develop a personalized client book
- Identify and introduce complementary products tailored to each client's needs, leveraging strong product knowledge to drive sales and achieve targets
- Process transactions with confidence and professionalism whilst ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures
- Maintain current knowledge of fashion trends, product lines, and seasonal collections through continuous research and training
- Support inventory management and stock control as required
