Role & Responsibilities

  • Maintain and deliver weekly sales, sell‑through and inventory reports providing store‑level and product‑level visibility to drive decisions.
  • Perform deep‑dive analyses of product and store performance; produce seasonal hindsight reviews and present findings to buying and merchandising stakeholders quarterly.
  • Define category sales targets and pricing actions; communicate pricing and system updates to stores and cross‑functional partners.
  • Design and execute full‑price, markdown and outlet liquidation strategies to maximize sell‑through and margin across channels.
  • Build and sustain strong relationships with regional and store managers through regular visits, communications and performance sharing; align on product training and selling ceremonies with the training team.
  • Provide competitive and in‑market feedback on assortments, pricing, and in‑store initiatives through market visits and competitor studies.
  • Partner cross‑functionally (Planning, Buying, Allocation, Visual Merchandising, Marketing, CRM, Retail) to align product initiatives, store presentation, inventory allocation and event product plans.
  • Support seasonal in‑store statements: ensure zoning and capacity by door level, highlight focus items, and coordinate product presentation for events and promotions.

Qualifications

  • 5–8 years of experience in merchandising, retail, or business planning with progressive responsibility.
  • Demonstrated retail math competency and strong commercial/business acumen.
  • Proven ability to build business cases, influence senior stakeholders, and drive cross‑functional execution.
  • Highly organized with meticulous attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills; experience presenting complex analysis in a clear, persuasive manner.

Experience

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Merchandising, Retail Management, Finance or a related field preferred.
