Role & Responsibilities

  • Serve as Marc Jacobs brand ambassador, embodying brand values and maintaining appearance standards aligned with luxury brand positioning
  • Welcome and educate clients about the brand, build lasting client relationships through CRM, and grow personal client book
  • Introduce complementary products, share detailed product knowledge, and process sales in a professional manner to achieve sales targets
  • Maintain visual merchandising standards in-store and ensure product displays reflect brand image guidelines
  • Manage stockroom operations including proper boxing, labeling, and storage of all products to minimize damage and loss
  • Receive deliveries, verify stock against invoices, and ensure no damage during intake
  • Conduct weekly rotative inventories and bi-annual stock takes to minimize loss and resolve discrepancies
  • Transfer stock between stores as needed, maintaining accurate records of all internal stock movements
  • Monitor product aftercare and handling risks to prevent stock loss and maintain luxury quality standards
  • Complete weekly inventory reports detailing rotative results with explanations of any discrepancies
  • Ensure CITES requests are completed for all exotic products in compliance with regulations
  • Monitor and replenish stationery stock levels to prevent shortages

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of professional sales and stock control experience in a fashion environment
  • Proven experience selling ready-to-wear and leather goods, preferably in a luxury context
  • Strong understanding of retail KPIs and performance metrics
  • Passion for fashion, sales, and stock management
  • Excellent personal presentation and brand alignment with Marc Jacobs aesthetic
  • Fluent English language skills; additional languages advantageous
