Role & Responsibilities

  • Assist in monthly retail business analysis by processing stock files, analysing restocking opportunities and consolidating commercial data
  • Maintain and update commercial and inventory level reports to support EMEA business planning decisions
  • Prepare ad-hoc analysis of business results and performance insights for internal stakeholders
  • Develop content for business review meetings in collaboration with the Business Planning Manager and FP&A Manager
  • Assist in the preparation of merchandising plans for specific product categories and retail locations
  • Support promotional activity planning and execution, including price changes and markdown implementation
  • Create weekly and monthly performance reports including volume analysis, revenue tracking, variance analysis, and P&L statements
  • Participate in month-end closing reporting tasks and financial consolidation processes
  • Manipulate and visualize large data sets using Power BI and Microstrategy to support management decision-making
  • Work cross-functionally with retail and allocation teams to manage inventory and resolve operational issues

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Economics, or a related field
  • Previous work experience in Finance or Commercial Data Analysis
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken)
  • Demonstrated analytical capabilities with comfort working with quantitative data
  • Proactive mindset with enthusiasm for learning
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
