Make Up For Ever is seeking a Treasury Accountant for a fixed-term contract covering maternity leave, based at its Levallois-Perret headquarters, with hybrid working. The role handles bank transactions, payments, reconciliations, monthly close activities, treasury reporting, business cards, and e-commerce accounting.
Role & Responsibilities
- Record bank transactions and identify and report any irregularities in bank accounts to management.
- Perform bank reconciliations.
- Enter boutique receipts.
- Ensure payments are properly processed by preparing manual transfers in the e-banking software, checking and submitting transfers for signature, and tracking approvals.
- Contribute to monthly closing activities, including foreign exchange differences, current account interest, and currency exchange rates.
- Monthly analyze and reconcile the accounts associated with the Treasury Accountant role (511, 512, 53/58, 455).
- Prepare monthly activity reporting for treasury operations.
- Manage employee business card allocation files and point-of-sale terminal rentals.
- Participate in projects to improve the accounting department’s operations.
- Manage the business card portfolio.
- Record, reconcile, and analyze e-commerce transactions.
Qualifications
- BTS in Accounting and Management or equivalent.
- Good knowledge of accounting principles and French accounting standards.
- Proficiency in Excel; knowledge of AX and ESKER is an advantage.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage priorities.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, curiosity, and dynamism.
