Make Up For Ever seeks a Technical Development Assistant (internship/apprenticeship) in Neuilly-sur-Seine. 6–12 months, hybrid, beginning September/October.
Role & Responsibilities
- Assist with new product development initiatives focusing on packaging design and formulation in partnership with development engineers
- Analyze and propose optimizations to the technical development process
- Update and formalize training materials for key development process stages
- Create and maintain activity tracking tools to monitor team workload and project complexity levels
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in an engineering school or equivalent university programme
- Strong interest in packaging development, quality assurance, and continuous improvement
- Excellent attention to detail with proven adaptability and agility
- Strong synthesis and critical thinking skills with ability to step back and gain perspective
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Power BI, and AI tools

Entry-level; no prior professional experience required; current engineering or equivalent university student status preferred
Education
Currently enrolled in an engineering school or equivalent university degree programme
