MAKE UP FOR EVER seeks a Technical Development & Packaging Assistant intern in Neuilly-sur-Seine, France for 6–12 months starting September or October.
Role & Responsibilities
- Assist in new product development initiatives, collaborating with development engineers on packaging design and formulation specifications
- Analyze and propose optimizations to the technical development process, identifying efficiency gains and streamlining workflows
- Develop and update training documentation for development processes, formalizing tools and guidelines for critical workflow stages
- Create and maintain an activity tracking system to monitor team workload, project complexity levels, and resource allocation
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in an engineering school or equivalent university programme
- Genuine enthusiasm for packaging development, quality assurance, and continuous improvement methodologies
- Strong attention to detail with demonstrated capacity for adaptation and agility in fast-paced environments
- Excellent synthesis skills, critical thinking ability, and capacity to step back and evaluate situations objectively
- Proficiency with office software, Power BI, and AI-assisted tools
