Make Up For Ever seeks a Supply Planning Manager in Levallois-Perret, France to lead supply planning, supplier relations and MRP for the cosmetics division.
Role & Responsibilities
- Define and maintain the Master Production Schedule (PDP) and long-term supply plan (PALT) to ensure timely availability of finished goods and components at optimal cost.
- Manage strategic subcontractors and suppliers, encompassing order placement, daily follow-up and the formalization of processes and KPIs (OTIF, plan attainment).
- Drive MRP parameterization and capacity/load updates, integrating launches and production feasibility constraints to balance service levels with operational profitability.
- Oversee inventory strategy including stock equations, deprecation, MOQs, discontinuations, expiry control and physical inventories/destructions in compliance with AGEC and Finance guidance.
- Identify risks and opportunities, propose and implement corrective actions and continuous improvement initiatives to optimise planning and sourcing processes.
- Lead, coach and organise a team of planners and flow managers; animate operational review meetings and deploy performance indicators with accountability for targets and remedial plans.
- Collaborate closely with Purchasing, Launch, Quality, Finance, Demand & Distribution Planning, Transport, ADV and Data Management to secure cross-functional alignment and delivery.
Qualifications
- Master's degree (Ingénieur / bac+5) in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Business or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years' experience in supply planning, production scheduling or procurement, ideally in cosmetics or FMCG; at least 2 years of people management experience.
- Fluent English; Italian language skills are a plus.
- Strong proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint and Power BI; experience with an ERP (AX) and MRP systems.
- Demonstrated leadership, results orientation and a track record of driving continuous improvement in planning and sourcing.

Experience
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in supply planning, procurement or production scheduling, including at least 2 years managing teams; experience in cosmetics or food/agro-industrial environments preferred.
Education
Master's degree (Ingénieur / bac +5) in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Business or equivalent.
