Make Up For Ever seeks a Senior Product Development Manager (Makeup) in Levallois-Perret to lead complexion product innovation and cross‑functional launches.
Role & Responsibilities
- Conduct continuous market analysis and competitive intelligence to capture consumer and professional insights, benchmarking and trend signals for the complexion category.
- Contribute to and help define the 3-year innovation roadmap for the teint (complexion) axis, aligning strategic vision across brand leadership and markets.
- Drive ideation and maintain a prospective innovation pipeline in collaboration with R&D to generate disruptive and relevant product concepts.
- Define the product assortment and positioning (formulation, performance targets, price architecture, SKU mix) that reflect the brand DNA and market needs.
- Lead end-to-end product development and project management (formulation choices, performance validation, packaging, mix) ensuring time-to-market (TTM) targets and milestone adherence.
- Plan, coordinate and follow up consumer tests and technical trials (in-use, sensory analysis, qualitative and quantitative tests) to validate formula, pack and concept.
- Own 360° marketing briefs and work cross-functionally with Marketing Operations, Image, Education, Communication, Omnichannel and Merchandising to build impactful launches.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and quality constraints and manage external partners and suppliers when required.
- Provide managerial leadership to the product development team, fostering collaboration and ensuring delivery excellence.
Qualifications
- Master's degree (Bac+5) from a business school or university in marketing, business or a related discipline.
- Minimum five years' experience in product development or marketing within the beauty/cosmetics industry, with strong expertise in makeup.
- Proven managerial experience (people management and cross‑functional leadership).
- Deep knowledge of the makeup market, retail dynamics and consumer expectations for complexion products.
- Fluent English (spoken and written).

Experience
At least 5 years of proven experience in product development or product marketing within the beauty or cosmetics sector, including experience managing projects and teams focused on makeup/complexion products.
Education
Master's degree (Bac+5) from a business school or university in marketing, business, cosmetics science or a related field.
