Role & Responsibilities

  • Support the execution of CRM programs across all channels to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Manage CRM agencies, call centers, and integrated platforms effectively.
  • Provide data analysis and support CRM programs to enhance business operations.
  • Assist in the development of technical and system platforms to engage customers.
  • Develop loyalty and consumer communication strategies across all channels.
  • Implement customer lifecycle communication programs to acquire, retain, and reactivate members.
  • Collaborate with marketing, retail, and sales teams to develop customer segmentation and CRM activation programs.
  • Monitor and analyze CRM data to gain business insights and maximize customer lifetime value.
  • Support IT programs to develop infrastructure for campaign management and system maintenance.
  • Implement new digital communication platforms such as WeChat Work.
  • Develop and execute predictive service marketing modules to measure business growth and campaign success.
  • Manage CRM cooperation and communication efficiency across contact points.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • 4-5 years of experience in a similar position.
  • Proficient in data processing and analysis.
  • Creative, analytical, and logical mindset.
  • Strong understanding of the beauty industry.
  • Positive attitude and excellent communication skills.
  • Proficiency in spoken and written English.

Experience
