Make Up For Ever seeks a Senior Art Director in Levallois Perret to lead high-impact campaign development across all channels.
Role & Responsibilities
- Develop and adapt Make Up For Ever's creative concepts into cohesive campaigns across print, digital, and social media platforms
- Create realistic campaign mockups leveraging AI-assisted design tools
- Design campaigns with structural clarity, ensuring visual consistency and effectiveness across all touchpoints
- Support the Director of Creative and Image in executing strategic brand image projects
- Direct campaign conception, pre-production, and production oversight
- Brief creative teams and external partners (stylists, hair, makeup artists, set designers, post-production) with comprehensive creative briefs
- Supervise asset quality execution and maintain exacting standards through final delivery
- Ensure appropriate campaign adaptation for international markets while preserving brand identity and market responsiveness
- Collaborate closely with internal teams and agency/partner networks to ensure fluid, ambitious, and coherent execution
- Coach and mentor freelance designers in their professional development
Qualifications
- Minimum 6–8 years of agency experience as an Art Director
- Demonstrated ability to manage campaigns from conception through delivery
- Strong visual culture with refined sensitivity to premium, fashion, and luxury aesthetics (beauty background preferred)
- Ability to translate creative concepts into clear, desirable, and adaptable campaign territories
- Proven experience in photography, filmmaking, and advertising
- Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite and generative AI tools
- Fluent in French and English

Minimum 10 years of professional experience in creative roles, with at least 6–8 years at the Art Director level in agency or equivalent brand environments. Demonstrated expertise in conceiving and executing full-cycle campaigns across luxury and beauty sectors.
