Role & Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and execute innovative sales strategies in assigned regions to achieve revenue targets and sales objectives
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with Sephora and Beauty Advisors, ensuring product needs and expectations are consistently met
  • Perform product demonstrations and consultations to drive customer engagement and sales performance
  • Manage, lead, and develop MAKE UP FOR EVER Market Specialists and Selling Specialist teams in retail environments
  • Oversee gondola inventory management and visual merchandising, resolving related issues promptly
  • Partner with Regional Manager to plan and execute strategic store visits during peak sales hours
  • Provide comprehensive product knowledge and makeup artistry training to Market Specialists, Selling Specialists, Beauty Advisors, and retail staff
  • Create and develop compelling training materials, presentations, and educational resources
  • Conduct client visits and deliver exceptional service to identify growth opportunities
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to inform strategy
  • Conduct interviews, hire, coach, and manage performance of Market Specialists and Selling Specialists
  • Maintain in-store bookings and scheduling compliance via Sephora systems

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of proven experience in field sales, retail management, education, and leadership
  • Sephora and cosmetics industry experience strongly preferred
  • Strong knowledge of makeup techniques, products, and current trends
  • Demonstrated ability to exhibit intermediate to advanced makeup artistry skills
  • Proven capacity to build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Valid driver's license with proof of insurance and ability to travel throughout assigned region
