MAKE UP FOR EVER seeks a Sales & Education Executive in Edison, NJ to lead Sephora field sales, training and merchandising across the NJ/PA region.
Role & Responsibilities
- Develop and execute regional strategies to achieve sales targets and grow revenue across the assigned NJ/PA territory.
- Cultivate and maintain enduring relationships with Sephora and Sephora Beauty Advisors to maximise brand presence and sales.
- Deliver product demonstrations, consultations and client visits that convert and deepen customer engagement.
- Lead, mentor and develop Market Specialists and Selling Specialists; recruit, coach and manage team performance and travel.
- Oversee gondola inventory and visual merchandising; resolve merchandising issues and ensure presentation standards.
- Design and deliver comprehensive product training and educational content for Market Specialists, Selling Specialists and retail partners.
- Create training materials, presentations and sales/promotional resources in collaboration with the Education team.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity and business data to inform assortment, promotional and training priorities.
- Manage administrative duties including quarterly calendars in Outlook, scheduling via Sephora's Happening Now system, and adherence to Sephora scheduling guidelines.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of proven field sales, retail management, education or leadership experience; cosmetics/Sephora experience preferred.
- Solid makeup artistry skills and a deep working knowledge of makeup techniques, products and trends.
- Demonstrated ability to recruit, coach and develop retail sales teams.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Valid driver’s license, ability to travel regularly and proof of insurance.
- Able to work key business hours including weekends and holidays and perform physical tasks including lifting boxes.
- Eligible to obtain a corporate credit card.

Experience
Minimum 3 years of field sales or retail management experience with demonstrable leadership and education responsibilities; prior experience in prestige cosmetics and working with Sephora partners preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, cosmetology or a related field preferred.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to USD 80,000 per annum.
