Make Up For Ever Retail Executive in Jakarta, Indonesia – lead omni-channel growth and retail operations.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and monitor omni-channel retail analysis dashboard, providing monthly, quarterly, and annual sales performance reports
- Manage inventory replenishment and product forecasting across all channels in accordance with DOI guidelines
- Extract actionable insights from retail data analysis to optimize channel productivity and defend brand market position
- Oversee end-to-end supply chain processes from warehouse goods receipt to store allocation, managing SAP delivery note creation and on-time sales ordering
- Track monthly business performance by channel and door, identifying gaps and opportunities aligned with brand marketing strategies and calendar
- Support retail operational audits, evaluating SOP implementation through CRM database analysis and collaborative store audits with retail operations teams
- Coordinate new product development and campaign roll-outs across channels; assist with trade promotion implementation to drive brand growth
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum 3 years of working experience in retail or FMCG with merchandising or key account background
- Professional proficiency in English
- Strong analytical skills in sales and data analysis
- Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation abilities
- Demonstrated experience with digital channel operations (preferred)
