Role & Responsibilities
- Design and deliver education and artistry programs for retail partners and professional clients across Texas, Florida and Georgia to drive sales and brand excellence.
- Execute in-store training, gondola selling activities and event programming within Sephora and other assigned retailers to meet or exceed sales objectives.
- Create and maintain training curricula, onboarding (NSO) modules, and ambassador/retention programs for Selling Specialists.
- Produce video and digital content (demonstrations, tutorials, launch assets) for Sephora and internal use to support DD and major product launches.
- Conduct regular business reviews to identify performance gaps, analyze market trends and implement corrective actions to optimize sales and budget performance.
- Build and sustain collaborative relationships with Sephora RBMs, DMs, RMs and store teams; represent the brand at regional events and trade shows.
- Support Pro initiatives in partnership with Senior Manager, Pro Education; provide on-request artistry and education expertise.
- Manage administrative duties including expense reporting, calendar and travel coordination, communication and record-keeping.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in field sales, retail leadership, management or training roles.
- Demonstrated expertise in makeup artistry and adult education, with proven facilitation and curriculum development skills.
- Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills; comfortable delivering presentations and on-camera demonstrations.
- Availability to work a Tuesday–Saturday schedule and willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
- Strong organizational skills with ability to multitask; eligibility to obtain a corporate credit card.
- Physical ability to handle product shipments and work in fragrance/cosmetic environments; professional personal appearance and hygiene.

Minimum five years of field sales, retail leadership or training experience with demonstrable makeup artistry and adult-learning facilitation in a retail or professional cosmetics environment.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Education, Cosmetology or related field preferred, or equivalent combination of professional experience and industry certifications.

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 90,000 to USD 110,000 per annum.
