MAKE UP FOR EVER seeks a Regional Education Manager, Travel Retail (APAC & SEA‑Oceania) in Singapore to lead regional training strategy and educator development.
Role & Responsibilities
- Define and deploy bespoke education and training strategies for Travel Retail APAC and SEA‑Oceania aligned with commercial and marketing objectives.
- Plan and manage the regional training calendar and associated budget, ensuring initiatives deliver measurable sell‑out and productivity gains.
- Lead, coach and certify regional educators through Train‑the‑Trainer workshops and continuous development programmes.
- Design, adapt and approve education materials, retail curricula, grooming standards and digital learning content for market relevance and brand consistency.
- Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness, consolidate best practices, and implement follow‑up plans to upskill field teams.
- Act as the education ambassador for assigned markets—build relationships with retail partners, local education teams and HQ to drive cross‑market initiatives.
- Support retail activations including launches, makeup shows, livestreams and in‑store events; capture field and customer feedback and collaborate on objection‑handling and complaint resolution.
Qualifications
- University graduate or higher.
- Minimum five years' managerial experience in makeup artistry, education/training or retail within the cosmetics industry.
- Demonstrable leadership and strategic mindset with experience developing and executing regional training programmes.
- Advanced interpersonal, communication and intercultural skills; proven ability to influence cross‑functional and regional stakeholders.
- Proven ability to design and deliver client‑centric, interactive training to retail audiences.
- Willingness and ability to travel frequently (approximately 40%).
