Make Up For Ever is seeking a Product Marketing Development Assistant for the Complexion category in its Development Marketing team in Paris. The six-month internship, starting July 2026, supports product managers with market analysis, product and concept development, meeting preparation and requests from markets or other departments.
Role & Responsibilities
- Conduct pricing, competitor and trend studies.
- Perform quantitative and qualitative business analyses using internal data or panels.
- Contribute to product development, including formula evaluations, shade-range development, packaging development, product copywriting and decorative-document follow-up.
- Contribute to product concept development through creative research, moodboard creation and wording development.
- Help prepare meetings, including presentation materials, samples and mock-ups.
- Respond to specific requests from markets and other departments.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Bac +4/+5 qualification at a business school or equivalent university.
- A first experience in product development marketing in the cosmetics sector.
- Organized, rigorous and able to manage priorities.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, curiosity and dynamism.
- Passionate about makeup and cosmetics.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Professional working proficiency in spoken and written French and English.
