Make Up For Ever — PR & Influencer Communications Assistant (Internship) in Levallois-Perret, France. 6-month internship starting July 2026.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the development and execution of influencer concepts and activations across Europe: shortlist profiles, draft concepts and guidelines, prepare briefs, follow up on contracts and coordinate deliveries.
- Maintain and expand the influencer database; identify new talents and update the daily listing.
- Update the press database and respond to daily journalist requests for press kits, product samples, pricing and visuals.
- Prepare and monitor press and influencer seeding shipments (product launches, regular shoppings, event packages).
- Assist in organising European events for MAKE UP FOR EVER (supplier sourcing, scenography setup, invitation management, on-site installation, guest welcome and post-event reporting) and support Sephora Europe press days (preparing press dossiers and product displays).
- Produce reporting after product launches: compile press and social coverage manually and via Launchmetrics.
- Manage and organise PR product stock.
Qualifications
- Enrolled in or recent graduate of a Bac+4/5 (Master’s-level) programme in Communications, Marketing, Business or equivalent.
- Strong written and verbal command of English.
- Demonstrable knowledge of social media and the influencer ecosystem within beauty.
- Creative mindset, strong editorial skills and ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced team.
- Previous internship or experience in-house or at an agency in PR or influencer marketing is a plus; solid familiarity with beauty trends is required.

Entry-level / internship: suitable for students or recent graduates seeking a six-month placement. Prior internship experience in PR, influencer marketing or agency environments is advantageous but not mandatory.
Education
Master’s-level (Bac+4/5) degree in Communications, Marketing, Business or a related field.
