Make Up For Ever is hiring a PR & Influencer Communications Assistant (Intern) in Levallois-Perret, France — 6-month internship starting July 2026.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support development of influencer concepts and activations: assist with profile selection, creative concepts, guidelines, briefing, contract follow-up and campaign coordination.
- Identify and maintain influencer database; update listings daily and proactively source new talent across Europe.
- Maintain and update media/journalist lists; handle daily press inquiries including requests for press kits, product samples, pricing and visuals.
- Prepare and manage press and influencer seeding (product launches, daily shoppings, event boxes) including dispatch tracking and stock control.
- Contribute to European events for MAKE UP FOR EVER and Sephora Europe: supplier sourcing, scenography set-up, invitation management, on-site installation, guest reception and post-event reporting.
- Monitor media and social coverage after launches and produce launch reportings using manual research and Launchmetrics.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or graduated from a Bac+4/5 programme (business school or university) in Business or Communications; seeking a 6-month internship.
- Good command of English.
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms and the beauty influencer ecosystem.
- Excellent written communication skills and a creative mindset.
- Proactive, organised and comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Previous experience at a brand or agency in PR/influencer relations is a plus; solid familiarity with beauty trends is desirable.

Entry-level — suitable for students or recent graduates. Prior internship or junior experience in brand or agency PR/influencer communications is advantageous.
Education
Master-level (Bac+4/5) in Business, Communications or equivalent.
