Role & Responsibilities

  • Contribute to the development of PR and influencer strategies: drafting guidelines, coordinating castings and producing creative examples with the content team.
  • Prepare, write and follow up press kits and market-specific press materials in collaboration with marketing and creative teams.
  • Support market management activities and maintain up-to-date influencer and Make Up Artist databases.
  • Organise and manage press and product mailings to influencers and Make Up Artists, ensuring accurate tracking and follow-up.
  • Assist in planning and executing brand events including masterclasses, European launch evenings, academy events, press days and shootings.
  • Support Fashion Week organisation across the four key moments of the year.
  • Monitor competitors weekly and summarise insights for the team.
  • Participate in briefs and project follow-up for photo and video content creation in partnership with the Image and Content teams.
  • Compile quarterly reporting showcasing standout work by Make Up For Ever Make Up Artists.
  • Help build communication materials around key CSR engagement axes (e.g., Vitiligo & Pride) for internal and external channels.
  • Draft clear, brand-aligned copy in French and English reflecting the maison's tone of voice.

Qualifications

  • Enrolled in a Bac+4 level programme (business school or equivalent university) with a specialisation in Communications or related field.
  • Fluent English is mandatory; strong written French is required for bilingual copywriting.
  • First professional experience in a Communications or PR function (internship or apprenticeship) is strongly preferred.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, energy and a collaborative mindset.
  • Organised, rigorous and able to manage tasks autonomously and in cross-functional project teams.
  • Strong editorial sense and capacity to produce concise, compelling copy and reports.
