MAKE UP FOR EVER seeks an Academy Coordinator in Levallois Perret, France for fixed-term full-time role supporting makeup artistry training programs.
Role & Responsibilities
- Coordinate model bookings and manage talent scheduling for academy workshops
- Provide warm and professional reception to models and students
- Prepare and distribute essential training kits and materials to models
- Manage the flow of incoming and outgoing mail, emails, and telephone communications
- Process inbound and outbound orders with precision and rigor
- Provide in-class pedagogical support, including classroom preparation, product table setup, and coordination of training materials
- Work collaboratively with the Pedagogical Director and academy team to maintain operational excellence
Qualifications
- Diploma or recognized certification in makeup artistry from an accredited makeup school
