Make Up For Ever in Levallois-Perret seeks a Merchandising Project Coordinator (Europe) apprenticeship to support Sephora activations and in-store merchandising.
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage merchandising updates across the Sephora Europe network (three major update waves per year): update planograms, place orders for merchandising elements and monitor deliveries.
- Adapt and supervise production of visual materials (POS, gondola elements, in-store signage) and coordinate with external vendors for European deployment.
- Ensure smooth installation across all European markets by tracking schedules, monitoring roll-out progress and enforcing deadlines.
- Support Trade Marketing and the Head of Merchandising on Sephora activations: contribute to concept design, follow production of trade tools and liaise with internal teams and agencies.
- Perform competitive benchmarking and retail activation monitoring to inform in-store strategy.
- Provide logistical and visual support for BU Europe events: coordinate event logistics, manage suppliers and ensure delivery of required materials.
Qualifications
- Enrolled in a Bachelor's (3rd year) or Master's program in Business, Marketing or Communications (Bac+3 to Bac+5) and eligible for a work-study/apprenticeship contract.
- Strong interest in retail, beauty and merchandising with an aesthetic sensibility.
- Highly organised, rigorous, and able to manage multiple projects and deadlines in parallel.
- Proactive, autonomous and able to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Fluent English (working language for a pan‑European remit).

Experience
Entry-level — suitable for students in a work-study/apprenticeship programme. Previous internships in retail merchandising, trade marketing or visual merchandising are an advantage but not mandatory.
Education
Student enrolled in a Bachelor's (3rd year) or Master's degree in Business, Marketing or Communication (Bac+3 to Bac+5) with eligibility for an alternance/apprenticeship contract.
