Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve topline growth exceeding market benchmarks and contribute to operational profit.

- Build a unique and desirable brand through optimized omnichannel distribution.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies and programs aligned with brand strategy to achieve commercial goals.
- Identify priorities and opportunities, allocate resources, and ensure superior execution quality.
- Control department expenses and investment efficiency to achieve profitability.
- Maintain close liaison with internal and external customers to ensure effective operations.
- Foster collaboration and transparency with other departments and the central team.
- Build a strong, agile team to drive performance.
Qualifications
- Over 5 years of management experience in consumer marketing, preferably in the cosmetics or luxury goods industry.
- Experience managing a full A&P budget and leading a team of over 5 people.
- Strong understanding of consumer insights and ability to translate them into product positioning.
- Fluent in English with advanced presentation skills.
- Experience with both global and local beauty brands is advantageous.
