Make Up For Ever Market Specialist – Toronto | LVMH cosmetics field sales role in Sephora retail locations. Full-time, $60K–$65K.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Achieve sales objectives through direct consumer selling, conversion coaching, and in-store resources deployment
  • Develop and execute tailored sales strategies for assigned regional territories within Sephora locations
  • Lead Beauty Advisor training on product knowledge, brand messaging, selling techniques, and artistry
  • Oversee gondola management, including inventory verification, visual merchandising, and stock optimization
  • Create and execute in-store events and promotional activities using field insights to optimize scheduling and impact
  • Build and maintain strategic relationships with Sephora store teams and merchandising partners
  • Monitor and analyze Assortment Cycle Count (ACCR) reports and inventory metrics to identify stock issues proactively
  • Provide weekly performance reports, sales metrics, event activity data, and field feedback to Regional Manager
  • Manage in-store bookings through Sephora's Happening Now system and ensure internal scheduling alignment
  • Model exemplary artistry and professional appearance as brand ambassador
  • Deliver quarterly calendar planning and maintain timely administrative reporting

Qualifications

  • Minimum three years of field sales, retail management, or leadership experience, preferably in cosmetics or prestige beauty
  • Demonstrated expertise in retail operations, sales execution, and product knowledge within the cosmetics industry
  • Sephora retail or field experience strongly preferred
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with demonstrated interpersonal excellence
  • Proven ability to coach, mentor, and develop retail staff to achieve performance goals
  • Valid driver's license with proof of vehicle insurance and demonstrated willingness to travel throughout assigned territory
  • Physical capability to handle product boxes and work comfortably in fragrance and cosmetics-filled retail environments
