Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve sales objectives through consumer selling and conversion strategies tailored to the assigned region
- Develop and execute targeted sales strategies for specific geographic territories within the Sephora network
- Coach Beauty Advisors and drive conversion through in-store support, negotiation, and promotional resource deployment
- Demonstrate comprehensive understanding of sales operations, product knowledge, events, and the Sephora retail environment
- Create and oversee event execution using field sales insights to optimize scheduling and maximize impact
- Provide weekly sales performance, productivity, event activity, and field intelligence feedback to Regional Manager
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with Sephora team members to foster brand advocacy and positive perception
- Manage gondola display execution across all touchpoints—observation, investigation, follow-through, inventory accountability, and visual merchandising
- Obtain, analyze, and act upon Assortment Cycle Count (ACCR) Reports to optimize inventory allocation
- Partner with store teams to ensure gondolas remain fully stocked and visually compelling
- Collaborate with Sephora to develop and execute innovative, high-impact in-store events and activations
- Communicate sales goals and client engagement strategy clearly to all stakeholders
- Maximize selling staff productivity through clear goal-setting, schedule optimization, and performance management
- Proactively identify and report inventory and stock issues that may impact business performance
- Maintain individual in-store bookings and scheduling consistency via Sephora's Happening Now system
- Model exceptional artistry and education standards; serve as a role model for team skill development
- Execute training objectives established by Education and Sales Leadership
- Ensure Sephora teams are well-versed in brand messaging, product differentiation, and full assortment details
- Deliver comprehensive brand training sessions covering selling techniques, product knowledge, service experiences, and makeup artistry
- Manage monthly office-based administrative work including sales reporting, training tracking, and required documentation
- Prepare quarterly activity calendars strategically and submit timely expense reports
- Maintain clear, effective, and timely email communication with all stakeholders
Qualifications
- Minimum 2–3 years' experience in field sales, retail leadership, or retail management, preferably within the cosmetics industry
- Sephora retail or wholesale experience preferred
- Solid understanding of sales operations, product knowledge, events, and cosmetics industry dynamics
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities
- Demonstrated ability to execute basic makeup application and artistry skills
- Deep knowledge of retail market landscape and current beauty industry trends
- Proven ability to coach, mentor, and develop team members to achieve sales and engagement goals
- Strategic thinking and enthusiastic mentoring approach
- Valid driver's license with proof of current insurance; ability to travel within territory
- Physical capability to carry boxes of reasonable weight and work comfortably in a fragrance-filled cosmetic environment
- High level of professional personal appearance and grooming standards
- Availability to work Tuesday–Saturday and key business hours as required
Skills
Experience
Minimum three years of professional experience in field sales, retail leadership, or retail management within the cosmetics or beauty industry. Demonstrated success driving sales targets, coaching retail teams, and executing brand strategies in a multi-store environment. Sephora experience is highly preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in business, marketing, beauty, or cosmetics preferred but not required.

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 60,000 to USD 65,000 per annum.
