MAKE UP FOR EVER is hiring a Market Specialist in Dallas to drive Sephora field sales, lead education and manage in-store merchandising (Dallas, Market Specialist).
Role & Responsibilities
- Drive sales and conversion across assigned Sephora stores through direct consumer selling, in-store coaching and promotional support.
- Develop and implement territory sales strategies and quarterly field calendars in coordination with Sales & Education leadership.
- Deliver brand and artistry trainings to dedicated and department-wide Sephora teams, ensuring consistent brand messaging and product knowledge.
- Plan, coordinate and execute in-store events and merchandising activities using field insight to optimise schedules and promotional impact.
- Manage gondola inventory and visual merchandising: monitor Assortment Cycle Count (ACCR) reports, troubleshoot stock issues and partner with store teams to maintain presentation and availability.
- Provide timely sales performance, event activity and field feedback to the Regional Manager and maintain accurate in-store bookings via Sephora’s Happening Now system.
- Maximise Sephora selling staff productivity through goal-setting, coaching, schedule optimisation and clear communication of sales objectives.
Qualifications
- Minimum three years of field sales, retail management or leadership experience—preferably within cosmetics or prestige beauty.
- Proven ability to coach and develop retail staff, with demonstrable experience driving conversion and achieving sales targets.
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation and written/verbal communication skills; comfortable presenting to and training retail teams.
- Valid driver’s license with ability to travel within the territory and proof of insurance; physically able to handle product stock and work in fragrance-rich environments.
- Professional personal presentation and hygiene; basic applied makeup artistry skills required.

Experience
Minimum of 3 years in field sales, retail management or leadership roles, ideally within the cosmetics or prestige beauty sector; Sephora retail experience strongly preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; cosmetology, beauty-related certification or formal education in retail/sales is preferred.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 55,000 to USD 65,000 per annum.
