Role & Responsibilities

  • Achieve regional sales objectives through consumer engagement and conversion optimization
  • Develop and execute tailored sales strategies for assigned territory and Sephora locations
  • Coach Beauty Advisors to strengthen selling techniques and brand advocacy
  • Conduct comprehensive brand trainings covering product knowledge, service delivery, and artistry techniques
  • Oversee gondola management including inventory monitoring, visual merchandising, and stock replenishment
  • Create and execute in-store promotional events in partnership with Sephora management
  • Provide weekly performance reports, productivity metrics, and field insights to Regional Manager
  • Build and maintain strategic relationships with Sephora store teams to foster brand loyalty
  • Manage Sephora Happening Now system for accurate in-store event scheduling and bookings
  • Monitor Assortment Cycle Count (ACCR) reports to identify and resolve inventory discrepancies
  • Conduct monthly administrative reporting on sales, training completion, and performance trackers

Qualifications

  • Minimum two years of field sales, retail management, or leadership experience in the cosmetics industry
  • Sephora retail environment experience preferred
  • Proficiency in makeup application and beauty artistry fundamentals
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with strong interpersonal abilities
  • Deep knowledge of retail market dynamics and current beauty trends
  • Proven ability to coach, mentor, and develop retail staff toward performance goals
  • Valid driver's license with current proof of insurance
