Make Up For Ever seeks an experienced Makeup Instructor in Boulogne, France to teach intensive and long-form training programmes, CDI position.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver comprehensive technical and theoretical makeup instruction across intensive and long-form training programmes, upholding the Make Up For Ever brand codes, techniques, product knowledge, and pedagogical philosophy
  • Develop and refine pedagogical materials, tools, and resources for intensive/long-form courses and online learning modules in collaboration with the Academy team
  • Ensure compliance with Qualiopi certification and France Compétences regulatory requirements across all training activities
  • Oversee management of model kits and consumables for intensive programmes, including procurement, budget tracking, and supplier coordination
  • Provide individualised, constructive feedback to students and conduct continuous evaluation throughout each training session
  • Prepare and master course content prior to each training day, ensuring clear pedagogical objectives and delivery excellence
  • Coordinate logistical support for intensive training programmes, including equipment deployment and freelancer scheduling
  • Champion the Make Up For Ever brand DNA during all teaching activities, emphasising professional standards, product expertise, and technical mastery
  • Collaborate across Academy departments—sales administration, communications, reception—to ensure seamless training operations

Qualifications

  • Diploma from a recognised makeup school or equivalent professional qualification
  • Minimum 5 years of professional experience in makeup artistry across diverse specialisations (beauty, fashion, photography, bridal, artistic, cinema)
  • Demonstrated teaching or training experience in any professional field
  • Mastery of makeup techniques across all domains
  • Artistic sensitivity and contemporary aesthetic awareness
  • Strong proficiency in English (reading, writing, speaking)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Social media competency, particularly Instagram and Pinterest
