Make Up For Ever seeks a Makeup & Sales Expert in Lille, France (CDD) to sell, train and run Sephora activations.
Role & Responsibilities
- Represent the brand in assigned Sephora stores and drive product sales through expert makeup application and personalised client consultations.
- Deliver and animate masterclasses, in-store activations and exclusive promotional events in collaboration with store management and the Area Manager.
- Develop and maintain a strong commercial partnership with Sephora: propose, negotiate and implement local activations that differentiate the brand.
- Train and coach store colour teams on product knowledge, application techniques and selling arguments, particularly during product launches.
- Maintain merchandising standards and hygiene on the sales floor (tester rotation, gondola presentation, retail housekeeping).
- Achieve individual and team sales targets; execute monthly quantitative and qualitative reporting according to briefs and guidelines.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years' professional experience in cosmetics retail or selective beauty sales, preferably within Sephora or equivalent selective retail.
- Diploma in aesthetics or commerce; qualification from a professional makeup school is a strong advantage.
- Demonstrable expertise in makeup artistry and professional application techniques.
- Proven track record as a high-performing salesperson with strong clientelling and negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to deliver impactful training sessions.

Minimum three years' experience in cosmetics sales within a selective retail environment; prior exposure to Sephora operations or comparable prestige retailers preferred.
Education
Diploma in aesthetics or commerce required; graduation from a professional makeup school is an advantage.
