Make Up For Ever seeks a Makeup and Sales Expert in Levallois-Perret (France) to lead in-store masterclasses and drive sales at Sephora.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver a welcoming, professional and personalised client experience: identify needs, perform makeup applications, share techniques and build client loyalty.
  • Proactively sell MAKE UP FOR EVER products on the shop floor, meet individual and brand sales targets and maximise basket value through upselling and cross-selling.
  • Design, present and animate in-store masterclasses and exclusive activations in collaboration with Sephora management and the brand team.
  • Train and coach Sephora floor teams on product knowledge, application techniques and seasonal launches to increase MAKE UP FOR EVER sell-through.
  • Maintain visual merchandising and hygiene standards: manage testers, restock gondolas and ensure a pristine presentation of the brand space.
  • Establish and foster a professional partnership with Sephora store management and makeup leads; negotiate and implement commercial initiatives for the point of sale.
  • Report monthly quantitative and qualitative performance metrics to brand managers according to provided briefs and guidelines.

Qualifications

  • Diploma in aesthetics/cosmetology or business; diploma from a professional makeup school is a strong advantage.
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in cosmetics retail or selective beauty distribution, with direct exposure to Sephora or similar prestige retailers.
  • Proven makeup expertise and demonstrable experience delivering makeovers and public demonstrations.
  • Strong commercial acumen, negotiation skills and a track record of meeting sales objectives.
  • Excellent communication and training skills; ability to present confidently to both clients and store teams.
